AnswerMe is an AI-powered virtual receptionist for Australian-based businesses. It answers inbound calls, identifies the caller's intent, answers questions, arranges appointments, checks availability against the business's Google Calendar, creates confirmed bookings, triggers SMS messaging to end users where enabled, supports cancellations for AnswerMe-created bookings, and takes structured messages.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you are the authorised representative or owner of a registered Australian-based business entity using the service to support your retail customers. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must not use AnswerMe for resale, wholesale service provision, research, benchmarking, call-centre operations, or other unauthorised commercial exploitation without our prior written consent.
Use of Service
You confirm that your nominated business details are correct, that only your nominated business number will be forwarded to AnswerMe, and that the email address used for Google Calendar and the contact number provided are authorised by your business. You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
No Resale, White-Labelling or Third-Party Call Centres
You may not resell, sublicense, white-label, repackage, commercially exploit, or make AnswerMe available to third parties as a competing, managed, or call-centre service without our prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, use through call centres, websites, AI systems, online applications, or other third-party service platforms.
AI Receptionist and Booking Service
AnswerMe provides AI-assisted call answering, appointment booking, cancellation support, notifications, and message-taking functionality for businesses. The service relies on customer-provided business information, connected calendars, telecommunications providers, AI voice providers, and other third-party systems.
AI Call Management and Limits
Plans may include usage limits for AI-managed calls. All incoming calls in your plan include automated booking management. AI will identify which service your customer wants, check your availability and schedule the appointment in your calendar. If your included usage allowance is reached, AnswerMe will only take messages until the beginning of the next monthly billing date, unless you upgrade your plan to a higher AI call limit which can be managed in your dashboard.
Customer Responsibilities
AnswerMe is reliant upon the business information you provide to accurately represent your business and schedule appointments at appropriate times.
You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date business details, services, opening hours, pricing information where enabled, calendar access, and call forwarding setup. You are also responsible for reviewing bookings, messages, and customer communications generated through the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Calendar and Third-Party Services
AnswerMe may rely on third-party services including calendar, telecommunications, AI voice, hosting, authentication, email, SMS, and payment providers. The availability and performance of these services may affect AnswerMe's operation.
When Google Calendar is connected, AnswerMe uses calendar access to check availability, create confirmed bookings, and manage bookings created through AnswerMe. If calendar access is disconnected, unavailable, or invalid, AnswerMe may be unable to complete automated booking and may fall back to message-taking where applicable.
Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Fair Use
If we reasonably consider your use of the Services to be excessive, unreasonable, abusive, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend, limit, or terminate the Service, or any feature of it, in accordance with our agreement with you.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, misuse of the service, or where continued operation would create security, legal, operational, or platform risk.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for disabling any call forwarding to AnswerMe after your service ends.
Limitation of Liability
While we aim to provide a reliable and professional service, AnswerMe does not guarantee that every call will be answered, every caller request will be completed, every call or booking outcome will be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrontDesk Labs Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
